ROCC S.à.r.l (acronym of Results Oriented Coaching & Consulting) is a Coaching & Consulting company founded in 2013 by Gilbert Renel, a former senior partner with Deloitte Luxembourg. Gilbert has over 30 years of consulting and operational experience gained in various sectors.
The company provides:
- Personal and team coaching services targeting personal and team efficiency in the attainment of improved business results;
- Consulting services focussing on Business strategy & Governance, Organisational design & Operational processes reengineering, Internal & External Communication, Human Resources, Executive Search services and Training design & delivery (including e-learning).
Gilbert RENEL also provides support in filling Independent Directorship positions, where his varied business and governance experience are of particular relevance.
ROCC S.à.r.l is based in Luxembourg and delivers services in French and English – both locally and abroad.

About Gilbert RENEL, the founder of ROCC S.à.r.l
Gilbert has over 35 years of hands-on operational, management and consulting experience in the following areas: Financial sector; Professional services & Consulting; Construction; Manufacturing industry; Healthcare & Life Sciences; Consumer goods, Not-for-profit organisations, TMT, Public sector.
He has first-hand operational and managerial experience of the following functions: External Audit, Internal Audit & control; Budgeting & Finance, Operations & Back-office; Investment Banking; Risk management; Investment funds, Organisational design, Human Resources & Industrial relations.
Business experience
Gilbert’s experience has been acquired through the following positions:
- External audit (Deloitte UK, Belgium, Luxembourg)
- Financial services industry (Strategy, Operations, Risk Management, Accounting &.Finance, Private Banking, Investment Funds)Last position held in the sector was HR Director of BGL-BNP Paribas before he rejoined Deloitte in 2002 as partner in its consulting division
- 13 years as a consulting partner with Deloitte Luxembourg (from which he retired in 2013 to set up ROCC S.à.r.l) as leader of the following areas: Human Capital Consulting; Healthcare & Life Sciences industry; Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities (internal and external)
Professional qualifications / memberships and languages
- University degree in Marketing & Operations Research
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales
- Member of the Luxembourg Institute of Corporate Administrators ('ILA')
- Member of the Institut des Réviseurs d'Entreprises Luxembourgeois (‘IRE’)
- Member of the Ordre des Experts Comptables Luxembourgeois (‘OCE’) (Gilbert RENEL has ceased memberships to the IRE & OCE, due to the fact that these qualifications are not required to support his current service proposals and access to them can be regained if required)
