Gilbert has over 35 years of hands-on operational, management and consulting experience in the following areas: Financial sector; Professional Consulting & Services; Construction Industry; Manufacturing industry; Healthcare & Life Sciences; Consumer goods, Not-for-profit organisations, TMT, Public sector.
He has first-hand operational and managerial experience of the following functions: External Audit, Internal Audit & control; Budgeting & Finance, Operations & Back-office; Investment Banking; Investment funds; Risk management; Organisational design; Human Resources & Industrial relations.
Gilbert is bilingual (French, English) with good proficiency in Luxembourgish and strong communication skills (oral and written).
His objective is to use his combined skills to provide organisations, in addition to his consulting and coaching work, first-hand assistance as independent director to board and related committees where his leadership skills and varied professional experience can add significant value to organisations in the different industries with which he is familiar.
